That spell information does seem accurate to me. However, relative to these TTs, I do not believe they are operating under the recast constraint (18) listed for this spell...obviously.
It wouldn't be a big deal, except for the fact that each proc does 10 damage, allowing them to very quickly deal damage a mob of this level should not be able to inflict in such a short period of time. If it were only the knockback, I'd simply be amused. | ||
