I did Lower Frenzy/CE for about 2 weeks to finish farming the plat to buy Torpor. It's a really good spot if you're lucky with spawns. I did go one day for 7 1/2 hours without a name spawn. I started this camp around 56 or 57 and it was super easy. I would just root everything and go ahead and slow it just incase i had unlucky root breaks if i was low on health. If you have any questions about the camp let me know and I can help you out. Just be sure to bind in the safe spot to corpse lore items.
