Take a listen to that video. You gotta be fucking kidding me. Why are they not charging this fucking asshole RIGHT NOW?

So, an eyewitness sees this and reports it on ABC news live, and they cut him off. Now the guy who did this shows up with a lame story, no handcuffs or anything.
1. The guy was working with the shooter, or
2. The guy was high as a kite. Maybe too high to hold the door.
There is just no way... holding the doors to keep the shooter in? Something deeply wrong with this scene.
