Started work on this.

To begin with, Steelsilk (non-imbued) was missing recipes for the following:
steelsilk boots
steelsilk bracers
steelsilk cloak
steelsilk pauldron
steelsilk vambraces
steelsilk waistband

Added those, pending update.

Next project is to fix the imbued versions.
