Game Mechanics: Cripple VS Focus of Spirit

Bump. This is still working as OP described. This is a well-known bug amongst high level pvp and is being used a lot.

Scenario: My 60 enchanter raptures a monk, tashes the monk, then casts cripple. I got a "Your spell will not take hold"
