Whoever can spend the most time devoted to poopsocking usually gets the mob, this has been the way since the dawn of time on P99, whoever socked Naggy back in the day, whoever socked VS back in the day with a group ready. Its all the same.

Put in time, get awarded. If one guild wants to devote that much time, let them.

I guess I should plug the DAOC uthgard server now? mwuahahaha
