It is a safety issue. If it is okay for a guy with a wig to follow my wife into an empty bathroom I would feel uncomfortable. The bathroom is a private place.

Like I said, I wouldn't be as worried in a crowded supermarket but you won't convince me that the thought of seeing a drunk male follow my wife into an empty bathroom at a bar is a good thing and I would not trade that safety for a tranny to feel more comfortable with who he/she pisses next to.

You understand bathrooms are a safety issue for trans people too right? And there is quite a bit more evidence of transgender victims of violence than strawman guys in wigs chasing your wife into bathrooms.
