NPC Spawn Issue: LGuk Mobs not spawning

The 5 Mobs on the exe side of safehall, 3 of the 4 mobs in the room near cav, savant 4/5 dont spawn, 1 tal ghoul wizard in the 4 way lord/frenzy side of safehall. Zol/Dar at the start of frenzied entrance. I believe a basalt/clay golem are missing too, not positive on that.

Don't know how to better describe their places, they have not spawned all day it seems.
