The ogre warrior trainer in oggok.

Actually he was the ambassador to the dark elfs, hense his surname. He was granted into one of their most prominent houses and gifted a magical mask that would turn his ogre form into one of the elves.

Now he is back in oggok, teachin newbs about the ways of the bouncers.
