LF a high-level JC following Mith Marr deity

Hello,

I'm looking for a JC to help me make this Imbued Platinum Diamond Ring combine.

It was confirmed by a high-level JC in-game (Bailar) that the combines require the JC to have the matching deity, ie they can only create Imbued items for their chosen deity. This is a problem since many Enchanters choose Agnostic, and is also at odds with kanras' post which linked to an archived EQTraders article that says "any jeweler can combine the imbued gem with the enchanted metal."

Bailar is Tunare, so he can create the weaksauce Tunarean items, but is not able to create Karana (Plains Pebble) items. See this screenshot for confirmation:

It occurred to us that Karana is not listed on the EQTraders article, so we tried with an Imbued Diamond (Mith Marr), and he got the "You cannot combine these items in this container type!" message. I did not see a "Bailar failed to create soandso" message in group chat.
