Tips on making iksar not KOS anywhere

I was going to type out a bunch of stuff on how I got my Iksar monk able to walk around the vast majority of Freeport, but then I realized it's all right here:

At this point I am apprehensive to the monks in FP and Qeynos, warmly to North Freeport, amiable to Qeynos guards, so even if they fix the problem where people who are dubious can train, I'll be golden. I've killed a LOT of god damned orc pawns and gnolls.
