Game Mechanics: Getting stuck while jumping

It seems about half the time I jump while standing still, my character gets stuck in the air. The problem also occurred in kaladim in the water, where every time I tried to get out, I would freeze at the edge and have to /rewind and start all over again. Tried to research and found nothing other than "change your view" from 2004. Ended up dying and having to /corpse. Anyone else have this problem?
