Erin Andrews's career is actually doing better now with the sex tape, kinda like a lil Kim Kardashian style fairytale.

Her career immediately started doing better after the tape came out (Andrews).

Its now 2016 which is why this lawsuit is so cool. The tape has given her so much positive influence but the lawsuit only focused on the alleged negatives and the court was unable to consider any positives because we are still in the dark ages.

The old Erin Andrews never would have replaced Brooke Burke on DWTS. Fact. Everyone I know said the same thing "Wow that tape really worked out well for her". You wouldn't find a jury of in-touch well-connected people to disagree that she didn't benefit greatly from the tape.
