Heck, if you are pro-2nd amendment, you are already on the list, likely not pass your screening.

The way the 2nd amendment is written is exactly what it means. The amendment never changed, society has, and for the worst (the libtards have, anyway). Didn't need a background check, didn't need to ban military style weapons and then start banning hunting weapons calling them assault weapons. If someone used a weapon to take a human life in an illegal way, their life was forfeit; left with no possible way to do it again once caught and hung, speedily.
