Perhaps worth mentioning that killing in Kaesora does negatively affect your Venril Sathir faction and will quickly make you kill on sight at the Outpost in Overthere. Given, you are a Necromancer and will eventually simply be able to charm to get your OT hammer..
Also keep in mind, since it is some distance out, it can be difficult to get a resurrection there.
All of that said, still worth it, in my opinion.

Wouldn't the ot hammer be useless at that point since it spawns you right next to one of the skeletons in that boathouse thing?
