Great, Cheap Dex Gear for Iksar Warriors

Hey guys, just recently started an Iksar Warrior as my first twink char and am looking into getting some great +DEX gear for better procs with the Venomous Axe of Velium Brood.

Cloak of Shadows is a good example (great Dex, relatively cheap).
