Not receiving coin for merchandise sold

Honi, lvl 3 female druid sold 2 backpacks to Uleen Laughingwater, who says he paid 5 gold 2 silver 2 copper for each, but none of the coin appeared in Honi's purse. Uleen is located in the Druid Guild Masters room.
