"Dumb" question about the Sleeper...

Now that the Sleeper was awaken and killed off some dragons, is the Sleeper still active and wandering around Norrath or did he / she / it despawn after a certain amount of time?

*logs into one of his level 10 characters and gets bitchslapped into next week by an annoyed raging dragon...
