I think you guys absorbing pandemonium may have pissed ppl off, but all out grief war is a poor strategic choice since the natural reaction would feed into empire upon collapsing.

I can't really comment as I wasn't there but there were a few new croots from the collapse so I'm sure there is another side to this.
i didn't really understand the logic behind it either. from what i understand and have been told by friends in <friends> the motivation was simply butthurt over the tmo leadership's decision to attempt to raid velious on release day instead of killing uncontested kunark dragons. which <friends> was totally right about, but from what i've heard the grudge continued. the pandemonium absorption is when it got really bad though, you're correct. after training us the day we absorbed pandemonium, <friends> core players were telling us in /say and tells that they would grief every single one of our raids until we disbanded. i could probably dig the quotes out of my log file but i don't think anyone on here needs convincing the <friends> core and leadership are scummy as hell (see: vapo trying to petitionquest me for pwning him on a lvl 52 cleric)
