Now that that's out of the way, find me some cases of Polio in America. It was common in Iran when my parents were growing up. It is a real disease and exists in the world today, yet strangely doesn't in countries with mandatory vaccinations.

Please site evidence and not American History X, the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, or numerology from the Bible.

Well they might have polio over in terrorististan where your parents came from, but yknow what they have none or much less of than countries with mandatory vaccination? Autism and cancer.
