This isn't in your price range or a gaming mouse, but I use http://evoluent.com/products/vm4r/ for everything to reduce the chances of a repetitive stress injury. If you have felt any strain on your fingers / wrist / arm, I would highly recommend an ergonomic mouse for gaming.
