Making poppy tea is a FAR cry from boiling opium latex down and adding a bunch of bullshit to it to make any of the various prescription opiates. It's the difference between peruvian farmers chewing on coca leaves for a boost similar to a weak cup of coffee and some producer boiling down the juice of 100 lbs of those leaves, adding other chemicals to it, and producing like an ounce of cocaine.
