"Why does it say "rare" if it drop 100%?
Those ratings dont really refer to the drop rate, but how many have the item which is basicly determined by the mobs spawn rate which can be rare and thus the item is rare too."

mob was rare, item was a very very common if not 100% drop."

This is my recollection too... "EVERYBODY" had one of these.
