Yea, but NPCs shouldn't be able to do that.
Getting hit through the ceiling in Hate 2.0 or getting hit by a rooted mob 1 floor below you in Kedge Keep shouldn't happen. NPCs should have the same Z-Axis limitations as PCs when trying to connect hits. Thus the rise of pillar tank/z-axis exploiting.
I suppose the way it's done here may be done to avoid any potential Z-Axis exploits with tanking, but it's really annoying to have a mob in Hate 2.0 start beating you down on the floor above you. It should classicly aggro you and then proceed to train the shit out of your raid!
