Druid spells

Came back after a bit of time away from the game, and am having problems tracking down a few spells. I have purchased Circle of Great Divide, and Circle of Cobalt Scar, but have no idea where to find the Ring version of these spells. I can't find any information on Ring of Cobalt Scar, and have found some old old information about Ring of Great Divide from live, that indicated that it is on an npc in Kelethin (which it wasn't). Any idea where these spells are purchased? Are they dropped spells only?
