Yeah, I'll grant you that. I never much understood the BDA vitriol. Not sure where I fell on the BDA POM RNF, but today's issue was interesting because it made a light bulb go on. The problem is that not everyone wants to compete (talking individuals, not guilds), but the rules allow for it in part, but with a woefully ambiguous mechanism of resolve.
The more I think about it, staff ought to get out of the business of mediating camps all together and only step in on cases is KS (kills w/o having FTE). Or, implement non-classic instancimg of everything. Embrace competition or abandon it outright ^^
