Model Editing?

Hey all, not sure if its possible or not but in WoW people have found a way to model edit races. As in, change the models client side so the player sees something else then the rest of the server.

For example, if I wanted to make an Ogre but hated the way it looked and didnt wanna play the game as an Ogre, but still wanted the stun immunity etc. Is there a way to model edit so that I could make my Ogres look like another race, like Dark Elfs for example. To me, I would see Dark Elf's in place of Ogres, but everyone else would still see me as an Ogre.

Is this possible in EQ also?
