Most make it outside at the "drop down" ledge...you'll see a dozen or so corpses sometimes. I always did mine over at the Skyfire ramp though.

Essentially, bind in OT (important), zone to Skyfire and dot the shit out of yourself... then zone back to cancel the XP loss and let those dots kill you. Die.

Respawn nearby but don't loot the bag you put your keys in. They'll be there til you loot them (remember to refresh the corpse every week if you don't go in).
