EC Tunnel Spam - Idea not "classic" but hear me out.

Some people are posting their auctions and WTB stuff wayyy too much clogging up the EC air waves. Would be cool if they implemented a 10 sec or 15 sec timer before you could post again in auction or WTb channels in EC only.

As a guy who spends about 90% of his time in EC I don't think I've ever seen anybody ever spamming their message this frequently. Even if I did I could just put them on ignore.

Separate auction window works fine for me. No change necessary imo.
