EQNext is like a reincarnation of Vanguard. Vanguard was supposed to be the new EQ1 in spirit. The fact that Vanguard shut down before EQNext even got off the ground seems telling of its future.
EQ2 was and is a good game. It just unfortunately dropped like 6 months before WoW launched. And then instead of trying to do EQ better, it just kept trying to copy WoW. | ||
