Does anyone or is anyone able to tell me how to edit the wiki? I am logged in, but when I try to add this item to the druid Vel/groupable gear, it looks greek to me.

You have to use the edit tab at the top of the page rather than the edit links for each section. The wiki's a little finicky about that for some reason.
