Multiple Players in Household

I have filled out an IP exception form but have not heard back as of yet. Does the exemption allow for 3 different players in the household? There would be myself, my husband, and my son that are all wishing to play on 3 different computers. At the moment, myself and my husband are able to play at the same time. Or my husband and my son can play. However all 3 of us cannot play at the same time. An error comes back saying that our IP is temporarily blocked.
