Changing keyboard command.

Hello everyone.

I remember we are able to change some keyboard command somewhere..... for example default Q = kill / attack. I remember I can change it to A for attack. And I can just type S to sit (something like that).. also like F1 or F2 for the nearest target etc... shucks me... so sorry. Been really to long. Was just wondering if for P1999 we are able to alter and change all these and where to change.
