sure, but i can call having to work with endurance mechanics an "inconvenience" and having to press buttons for different disciiplines is just an inconvenience to me as well.... the argument applies to everything you say just as well, which is why im now claiming that you are both making stupid arguments. i never once claimed that p99 is in fact harder, im just saying that your arguments are dumb. having no maps is not an inconvenience, its a mechanic that you have to learn to work with. xp penalty is not an inconvenience, its a mechanic that factors into peoples choices. your whole argument is not valid because you're completely discrediting the other side as being "inconveniences" when they are actually mechanics that make the game challenging and require effort.. ignoring that aspect makes your argument lack any real insight.
Xp penalty is an inconvenience, because you have to spend more time farming a level compared to another person. That doesn't make it more difficult, it makes it more time consuming. Not having maps is another inconvenience, instead of traveling from point a to b you either have to 1. know the zone like the back of your hand. 2. spam /loc 3. rely on sense heading. None of these things are going to make your game more difficult, but more time consuming.

Difficulty would be trying to take down CT with 10 people. Or pull an entire zone and try to tank the mobs without dying.

But i'm sorry, you must not know the difference between the two.
