If you train the mountain you should concede that mob until the next spawn. Causing 2 other guilds to CR and have to race each other from that starting point is going to increase the probability of a sloppy, unprepared engage and wipe (compared to cothing down a prepared raid force).

If Asgard has ever trained the mountain we've conceded the mob without a time limit. It's common sense, really. Making a second attempt after you trained everybody is shameless, so I'll give you that.
