Quading Spots 36+

Sup bbs, wheres the best spots (velious era, yay), to quad up as a wizard?

I have all the gear and utensils, etc.

What I need is a place that isn't NK/SK/OT (super overpopulated) thats good to start quading up on.

I've tried to search a few guides but, none are updated for velious. So help me out BBs.
