Good ways to get GM's to approve your new forum account for the 100th time

I mean worst case scenario GM's take action against your in game accounts for evading forum bans time and time again.

Or, they declare that spam creating forum accs to dodge bans is perfectly legit. Which begs the question of why ban anyone?
