this. any group that turns down a bard for hybrid penalty is probably not deserving the boost that a bard has to offer. i get that multiple hybrids can be ridiculous, but if they dont realise the benefit a bard brings (debuff, cc, regen, evac, pulling, etc) then they probably wouldnt be getting very good xp to begin with.
