Velious UI hotbars

I logged in for the first time since the velious update yesterday and found that I was no longer able to call up hotbars 2, 3, or 4. I attempted loading in the Default and the Default old UI and the default old still was able to call up all hotbars. I did some searching and found fixes for the default ui, but I was wondering if anyone had a fix to call up all hot bars in the 1x10 vertical and horizontal bars for the velious UI. Any working fixes would be appreciated, thanks.
