Game Mechanics: Missing teleporter in Plane of Hate

There should have been a teleporter in Plane of Hate added before the release of Kunark to allow melee the ability to leave the zone without need of potions, ports or death:

give non-casters a way out of the zone besides death, potion, or group
teleport.
