Tunare Enchanter

So I was pondering making an enchanter, and I know it would behoove sp? me to make an Agnostic one, however there seem to be some great Tunare only options with PoG quests... are these guys good enough to reroll as tunare, or would the religion be enough to totally screw me over with the inability to enter many of the evil cities/regions without hours upon hours of faction work? Thanks in advance.
