Game not creating a log file

I just moved my P99 install on to my SSD and all was well and good until I realized my log file wasn't being updated. I deleted the old one for the character I was playing and made sure /log was on, did some things in-game and checked the Log folder and seen that no file was being created.

So I uninstalled the game, deleted any left-over files and reinstalled EQ Titanium directly to my SSD in case just copy pasting the old install was the issue. I get back in game, turn my logs on and bust some giants kneecaps, check the Logs folder, and nothing.

The game for whatever reason isn't creating a log file for any characters and I can't figure out why.
