Sad thing is if you're high enough in levels, you shouldn't need succor.
SoW before zoning in, and have inviz ready to deal with the ulthorks (SP?). Then begin the mad dash/swim up the water column. After you're out of the water, take five seconds and then make the mad dash to WW. If you're under level 50, then yes it is probably best to succor across. More importantly being under level 50 is going to have health risks past Sirens anyway. In Conclusion, the necklace is a neat toy but beyond that, killem all and let their deities sort it out. Veeshan especially, her brood's fun to kill.
