This is a fairly common issue. I've seen it with two streamers alone, so I'm certain a lot of players may get this bug and not realize it. (Mycah comes to mind)

A freshly installed and patched EQ directory usually fixes the problem. I have yet to narrow down the bug to a specific file. If you don't have a backup directory, you'll have to reinstall. :/

I always stress that you should have a backup P99 EQ folder for these cases.

For the future, simply copy your P99 EQ directory after you have everything setup the way you want it (interface features, etc) and add BACKUP to the folder name. That way you can avoid ever reinstalling by copy/pasting the backup directory's contents over.
