Just out of curiosity, how many of these things are floating around on the server.
It seems like a whole lot of fuss over some poor bard who spent who knows how many hours completing this quest. I doubt he's going to be tanking dragons on raids because of it.
Now if every level 50 tank was running around with these that would be a different story, but I don't think that's the case.

Lot's of people own them, not exactly tanks but rogues mostly for example I have the final version and so does Stonewall and Shankerton rogues use it to be just a tad bit more viable
