Chilling Embrace

Will chilling embrace ever be reverted to the shorter ticking version, I remember in EQ when I played it was a short duration 7 tick DoT for 100 per tick or something.

I recently brought it here and realised its only 40 points for 16 ticks (still the same damage I know but over a much longer duration).

What point in the progression timeline was this changed, if ever - I'm not sure if the previous effects were introduced in Luclin era.
