I have no idea where this would go, it is to recover a past account

I am 100% sure my past two accounts that I haven't logged into in a loooooong time ago were hacked, as the email accounts I had registered (Couldn't remember exact emails but tried all of them) aren't working. Is there anything more I can do?

I can answer any security questions and all of that. Just really at a loss at this point.
