Game Mechanics: Mage Bolts should do double hits with elevation

I distinctly remember this bug. I'll dig up some old screenshots.
I remember killing spiders in DL for the Drachnid Thyxl. If I was up on a hill, casting bolts down on the spiders, more often than not the bolt would hit twice. It was amazing.
