If you are having issues LNSing and there has been guild on guild pvp in the zone you are in then it is up to your officers to call ---- FORCE lns ----

Its also up to your leaders to have decent enough relationships with enemy officers to be able to ask for some assistance with out of hand pvp OR when CRs have become impossible to accomplish.
