Tri-Plated Golden Hackle Hammer Not Inventory Clickable
supposed to be clickable from inventory, is currently only clickable if equipped

It may annoy a lot of you that a wizard got it, who can already cast Arch Shielding and it's superceders. But everyone should have insta-click items, and that's what this is. Can cast it while running. Can cast it from Inventory. And I spent most of my guild points to get it.
